Clément Konrad & Partners Sàrl acted as legal advisor to Warwick Capital Partners on the sale of Ideal Carehomes, a UK residential care home provider to HC-One.

The acquisition includes 36 care homes in England, with a further care home expected to open in Cheltenham in September 2024.
