From August 2019 to March 2020, Clément Konrad & Partners assisted its client in acquisition of the Euronet Business Park (21,700 sqm) in Munsbach, Luxembourg from a major US financial institution.

Clément Konrad & Partners assisted the client in all matters including the transaction structuring, the due diligences, the bank financing, the SPA and post-acquisition restructurings (reversed mergers), and covering corporate, tax , regulatory, finance and real estate law. 

Tenants include Globality Health, Mizuho Bank, Hauck & Aufhäuser, M.M. Warburg & Co. and other prestigious enterprises.

This transaction appears to be the third biggest real estate transaction in Luxembourg in 2019
