Fonds du Logement - Tax

In 2019, Clément Konrad & Partners acted as special legal advisor of the Luxembourg national residential developement fund (Fonds du Logement) regarding direct tax and VAT matters.

The Fonds Du Logement has developed more than 4,000 residential units, rents nearly 2,000 units tp private persons, 500 to the State and institutions and sold more than 1,600 units to private persons in 2018.
