HB Reavis - Banking

Clément Konrad & Partners assisted HB Reavis in the sale of the London 33 central office building (226,000 sqft including rooftop gardens) it had developed and finalized in 2018. 

The transaction was effected by the end of 2019 for an amount of over GBP 300,000,000.
