Pandox - PERE / M&A

Clément Konrad & Partners advised Pandox AB, a listed Swedish company, on a €83 million acquisition of hotels situated in Germany and The Netherlands held by Luxembourg companies. The transaction involved hotels under the Novotel brand with a total of 421 rooms. 

Clément Konrad & Partners advised alongside Jones Day on the due diligence process, negociation of the SPA and all corporate aspects linked to the acquisition and closing.

Clément Konard & Partners alo advised on the bank refinancing aspects and post-acquisition restructurings.
