LFP I SICAV SIF - Finance litigation

From 2018 until 2020 Clément Konrad & Partners has assisted its client Mr Mark Stephens, former statutory director of the Luxembourg investment fund LFP I SICAV SIF, in his actions against the newly implemented board of directors / liquidators of the sub-fund Blackstar commodities.    

On 25th May 2020, the Luxembourg regulator (CSSF - Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) has suspended Mr David Mapley, member of the board of LFP I SICAV SIF, for a period of 4 years from its functions as statutory director of that fund due to non-fulfillement of professional honorability condition, amongst others due to false declarations.
