Yves Repiquet has nearly 50 years of experience of practising legal advise and litigation in the field of blue collar criminal law, arbitration and business mediation.  

He represents the interests of various types of clients including international bluechips, corporates, instiutionals, investment funds, HNWI and public figures. 

Career

Yves Repiquet was Partner of the prominent French law firm Jeantet. 

He has been chairman (Bâtonnier) of the Paris bar from 2005 to 2006. 

He has been member of the superior council of the French administrative courts and courts of appeal.

He has been president of the French national consultative commission of human rights. 

Honors and distinctions

Yves Repiquet is officer of the legion of honor (Officier de la Légion d'Honneur), officer of the national order of merit (Officier de l'Ordre National du Mérite) and cavalier of the academic palms (Chevalier des Palmes Académiques).

Education

Yves Repiquet is member of the French bar and of the Luxembourg bar.

He holds a PhD in law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
