Paul-Sébastien Carteret has nearly 20 years experience advising international clients, including investment funds, AIF managers, international corporates, institutional investors, entrepreneurs as well as HNWIs.
His practice comprises legal advisory in the fields of regulated and unregulated/alternative investment funds, private equity, M&A, finance, and capital markets (listings, public offers).
Career
Paul-Sébastien Carteret gained substantial professional experience within the major Luxembourg law firm Elvinger Hoss as well as being instrumental in the creation of the investment fund practice of a Luxembourg boutique firm. He was also active as the general counsel, secretary general and member of the executive committee of the BIL Manage Invest, the Luxembourg Manco/AIFM of Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, the oldest Luxembourg systemic bank.

Paul-Sebastien Carteret holds a master in Comparative Law and passed the Luxembourg Bar in 2007 (Liste I).
